The two and a half minute trailer of Dikkiloona shows the plot of the film. The main lead character played by Santhanam time travels to year 2020 while the story is set in a different time, with the help of a time machine invented by a group of scientists headed by Yogi Babu, They are trying to stop him from making a mistake in his life, viz. marriage.
Tamil Cinema is about to witness a sci-fi comedy film after the highly successful ‘Indru Netru Naalai’. For the first time, Santhanam is playing triple roles in three different time periods. Karthik Yogi, who has written versatile stories for many Tamil films in the past, is making his directorial debut with this movie produced by the KJR Studios.
