Story
Dongata tells the story of Prasad (Suraj Venjaramood) and Sreeja, a typical couple (Sreeja). A married couple, Prasad and Sreeja have two children (Nimisha Sajayan). Due to the fact that these two newlyweds came from different families, they’re having a difficult time adjusting to their new lives. During their bus ride, Prasad and Sreeja sold Sreeja’s gold chain to raise money to eat. A clever and innocent thief stole the gold chain from them. The police began questioning him after the couple filed a complaint against him. But he won’t admit to doing anything wrong. Is he finally going to accept the case?

Movie Verdict
They are sufficient for this film. Suraj Venjaramood and Nimish Sajayan will suffice for this film, as will Fahadh Faasil. Dileesh Pothen has done an outstanding job of creating characters to which we can all relate. Even though the story is simple, Dileesh Pothen manages to make it a beautiful piece of filmmaking.
Due to his innocence and cunning, Fahadh Faasil’s role as the thief comes naturally to him. He did an excellent job portraying the thoughts and body language of a middle-class husband, as well. The fact that Nimisha Sajayan is a natural in the role of the middle-class housewife makes her one of our most talented actresses. They also did a fantastic job.
Dileesh Pothen excels at creating likable characters who hold the attention of the viewer. Slow-paced, but effective comedy and interrogation sequences keep things interesting. You’ll enjoy the film more once you get to know the characters and begin traveling with them.
Rajeev Ravi demonstrates that Dongata’s close-up skills are exceptional. The music of Bijipal is adaptable to any setting.
Finally. Donagata features some outstanding performances and an endearing plot. This film is highly recommended. There is no doubt that you’ll enjoy this film.
