Story

Movie Verdict
Chinni is a one-of-a-kind film when it comes to story, realism, and execution. It is a must-see. Because Chinni isn’t intended to be a cinematic experience, there was no reason to release the film in theatres as originally planned. The narration in this film moves at a glacial pace, which makes it difficult for viewers to become emotionally invested in the story and its characters as the story progresses. This dark and gritty drama will undoubtedly capture your attention as soon as you begin traveling with the main characters’ journey.
The film and performance of Keerthy Suresh in the role of Chinni are going to be the best of her career. When it comes to taking on less-than-glamorous roles, performers face a unique set of challenges, but this actress rose to the challenge with flying colors. Selvaraghvan’s portrayal of Sangayya was so convincing that the intensity in his eyes was enough to convey the emotion of the character. Because the director is well aware of the actors’ abilities, close-up shots abound in this scene.
It is a visually stunning film, and the entire cast and crew did a fantastic job putting it together.
