The film was initially scheduled for theatrical release in 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In April 2021, producers started negotiating with streaming platforms for direct digital release. And direct OTT released is officially confirmed, Digital Rights bought by Netflix and Satellite Rights bagged by Sun TV.

The teaser of the film looks very refreshing and shows that it has some surprising twists. R.Parthiban is playing one of the key roles in the film while Raashi Khanna and Manjima Mohan will be seen in female lead roles. The makers are preparing the grounds to release the film in September 2021.
